Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During new product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped and may vary based on the carrier and destination.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped, when tracking is available.

Shipping Delays
Drip’d N Distinction is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can determine the appropriate next steps.
